Personal Assitant (CEO)


Job Description

  •  Organize CEO’s daily / weekly / monthly task lists and priorities
  • Track execution progress across internal teams and external parties
  • Assist with contracts, quotations, official letters and government documents
  • Support IPO preparation and investor documentation
  • Arrange meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on decisions
  • Manage confidential documents
  • Assist with limited personal tasks (scheduling, appointments, preparation)


Requirements

  • Age 23–35, Bachelor’s degree or above

  • 1–3 years experience as Executive Assistant / Project Assistant / Operations

  •  Native Chinese, business-level English, basic Malay

  • Strong execution, structured thinking, high confidentiality

  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / documentation tools

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
