Match vehicle sources to customers and ensure all information is correct
Communicate with other transportation companies and assisting personnel to avoid mistakes;
Improve the order process and promptly update shipping status to notify customers
Arrange customs clearance documents for customers in need
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of work experience in related fields
Candidates must possess a diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Management
Independent, proactive, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
Required languages: Malay, Mandarin, English. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred (speak, read and write in Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients.
