Job Description
• Assist with basic IT support and troubleshooting
• Support computer, printer and network setup
• Assist with internal systems and software maintenance
• Perform system testing and data updates
• Maintain IT equipment and documentation
• Support the IT team on assigned projects
Requirements
• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in IT or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
• Basic programming knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to learn and explore new technologies
• Minimum internship period of 3–6 months preferred
