Job Requirement 

• Assist in planning and coordinating transportation schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

• Ensure customer's requirement are met and be able to determine the type of transport required. Excellence in customer service is required.

• To monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any arising issues.

• Ensure the documentation for the driver is accurate without sharing any confidential information with the other party.

• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including fuel usage, mileage and vehicle maintenance.

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.

• Execute haulage and truck standard operation procedures.

• Responsible for the preparation and filing of accurate weekly truck reports to Transport Manager, review number of trips, truck utilization, type of shipment, and daily truck planning.

• Ensure all trucks are in a good condition and report to Transport Manager if got any maintenance required.

• Assist in the implementation of ICOP safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with drivers and operation staff to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.

• Monitor daily diesel and tyres consumption report and do monthly analysis.

• To compile related documents for Billing.

• Assist any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
